Please enter your credentials to find information about your order or submit a return.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4pm the same day. Our delivery companies, Royal Mail operate a standard next day delivery service that should arrive between 9am and 6pm.
This service can sometimes be affected by weather and other external factors which is out of our control. If your delivery is affected by one of these unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to refund your delivery charge.
Delivery to non mainland UK i.e. Europe, Southern Ireland will not be on a next day service. Deliveries can take up to 5 working days to these zones. For any reason if we need to verify information about your order it will not be dispatched until we have rectified any queries we may have. If this is an error by us we will refund your delivery charges as appropriate.
None Delivery Of Items
If for any reason an item is not delivered as scheduled, or there is a defect with any products in the delivery a full refund of your delivery charge will be made along with reimbursement of any costs you may incur in returning the item to us. If an item is not delivered due to non-signature or an inability to deliver after 3 attempts the item will be returned to us. In this case you may choose to have your item re-delivered, this will incur a delivery charge to cover costs incurred in returning the item to us.
Free Next Day Delivery - £60 minimum order applies, UK Mainland Only Valid only on orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) Orders placed after 4pm Fri will be dispatched on Monday (excluding public holidays)

Returns & replacements
An item can be returned for any reason. It can be for an exchange or refund as long as it is within 28 days from the day you received it, is unworn, unwashed, free from marks and retains all original tags and packaging. How To Return An Item: To return an item please complete the returns form enclosed in your parcel, and this would need to be sent by post to the following address:

Do I have to pay to return an item?
Yes, you will need to cover the cost of returning an item. If your item is faulty/damaged we will reimburse your postage costs once the item has been accepted at our office as a return.

How long does a refund/exchange take?
From receiving the goods at our warehouse your return should take no longer than 48 hours* to be processed. Refunds will show in your account up to 48 hours later and exchanges should be received 3-5 working days later. * - Please note this may be extended during busy periods i.e. public holiday & Christmas

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
